Got connected to a live agent multiple times. They have a strange response to most questions. They say that they are just the call center and would not know any additional details about my application than what I can see in my account.
that is really strange why do they have a number then? Who else will know if there is no point of contact.
I am some what in similar situation, Our passports were received Jan18th COPR generated online on 7th FEB,
But they had got my wife passport issued country wrong her passport was issued by chicago counsulate (India) instead of saying USA they said India we emailed back this mistake and since then we cannot see our COPR now. Although the main page says its approved once i click check application status i see that application in progress.
I dont know our passports are with them for over 4 weeks and no point of contact....really scary
