Passport application by mail - does the print out of the electronic certificate need to be signed by guarantor?

Question as per title.

I know photos and ID need to be signed. The instructions also say any supporting documents need to be signed by guarantor. The instructions are silent on whether ecertificate needs to be signed.

My guess is - no, because that can be verified by the passport office... but just checking to be sure based on people's past experience.

yup I never signed supporting document as well for 3 different times we got our passports. Only thing guarantor needs to sign is the back of the photo and the form
