Part time study or Full time study issues.

My post graduation Work Permit was refused on may 3rd 2017, after some issues I was not able to reapply it again, so I applied Study Permit and it has been approved.
I am going to apply for Lmia and expecting results in 2-3 months. I am pursuing Business Administration level 2 and I have to complete 5 courses to complete the degree I was planning to just apply for 1 course this semester and go for 4 courses next semester in case my Lmia is refused.
I completed my studies in december and I have not studied since 8 months and this semester planning to take 1 course which would make me part time.
So my question is will this way of study effect my application of post graduation work permit after completion of my degree, will being part time and break of 8 months cause the rejection of my post graduation work permit??

You won't be able to work while studying part-time. If your LMIA falls through you would need to be full-time to apply for a PGWP for this new degree assuming this is not a private college and the program is 8 months long.

OP may also already be out of status in Canada and past the restoration period. If that's the case, the LMIA won't be of any help since it won't be possible to apply for a work permit from within Canada.

Yes i have new study permit for 15 months

Yes after my PGWP was refused i applied for study permit and it has been approved and i dont want to study as my workplace owner is ready to provide me lmia. But i have to study to show that i am doing something if Lmia gets accepted i wound not get my fees refunded. It will take about 2-3 months for lmia to get accepted so i was thinking about doing part time study and save money if i could.

No i haven't applied yet there are some rule changes here so it has been delayed

2-3 months seems very fast for LMIA. Also pretty unusual for an employer to want to go through time and expense to go through the process for a restaurant job.

Well the owner is ready to go through the process i would like to know the chances of it getting approved if you know

I don't know but there would have to be exceptional circumstances to prove that a Canadian couldn't be found to do the job.
