why some application take ony 6 months and some others take like 11 months .

my application was received feb 15 2018

after the medical they ask about a anex where i lived in last 10 years and after that nothing.

My Husband has just got his PR approved. here is our timeline:
Application received on 01/25/18
AOR1 03/09/18
Request for medical visit 03/27/17
Sponsor Approval 04/05/18
Medical visit on 04/10/18
AOR2 (BVC Paris) 04/12/18
Medical approved on 05/04/18
Background check in process 07/30/18
Decision made in ECAS 08/01/18
Request to send copy of passport with pictures 08/07/18
PR Request approved 08/17/18

We are now waiting for the letter that will enable my husband to land in Canada.

We wish the best of luck to everyone for the rest of the process.
