Here's my timeline,
Application received: December 17th 2018
AOR: February 19 th
Biometric pay : February 20 th
Medical request: February 21 th and passed February 25
Moved to Paris VO: February 28 th
And nothing after that, still wait .any one know what is mean gcms???????

Yeah we are still waiting too... I think people who are November applicants are still waiting for bio or med requests! and gcms notes are notes that the officers make on your file. You have to order them and I believe they are $5.00 CDN. People usually order them if they pass 12 months or are called for an interview. But you can orser them when you like. Paris VO is so slow. I have been requested On sept 19 additional documents that I submitted the same day and they still did not acknowledge my documents. On my gckey they still did not confirm that additional doc was received i am worried. In less than 1 month it will be 1 year

I am a 30th January applicant, my file moved to Paris VO on May 12th.
Yesterday I got a ghost ghost update on Gckey but nothing happened on ECAS still saying "in progress".
Medical and biometric done since April 30th.
Hope to hear good news soon !

Congratulations!! What country is the pa from? We applied Jan 7th and were transferred in March after medicals and it has been silence since! No biometrics yet. Paris VO as well and my husband is Tunisian.

Thanks! But I think we have to wait and see if the statue will change on ECAS by tomorrow.
I am French and sponsored by my Canadian wife.
It has been also silence since 7 month.

Hi, as i thought, unfortunately nothing happened on ECAS or Gckey, same status ,so now I have the confirmation that a ghost update doesn't mean anything ...

When you open your Gckey account it's showing " profile updated".
Oh stay positive you will get the request soon.

Ah interesting! Hopefully you will receive good news by the end of this week! I've never seen a ghost update not mean something!
And thank you, I am trying but it is hard when people who applied later are already finished or hearing news and we haven't heard anything. It makes me wonder if they forgot about us lol... But hopefully soon! You're right, gotta stay positive!
