I think you're right it is AOR2 from Paris and we received an email request for Travel History for my wife. I am not sure if we missed it and did not submit it in the original application or it is an additional requirement

Hi Colocho, I've just seen your message and this question might be very silly but I see you were asked to provide travel history for your spouse. Is it the case even if she is sponsor? Not sure it's your case and then my understanding might be wrong but if I can avoid to miss that step. In my case, my spouse is my sponsor, and she is PR. Should I ask her to fill out that travel history as well, even if she already had to provide everything in the past since PR approved?

Thanks in advance, and thanks again to all of you guys for your help, that platform is amazing !

Only those applying for PR need to provide travel history (principal applicant, dependents). The sponsor doesn't need to.

Hi all, my fiancé just received a request from CIC to pay the second fee (for $490.) what does this mean in terms of his application? Currently his ecas shows 3 items: 1. We received your application on ... 2. We started processing on ... And 3. Medical results received.

Any insight is appreciated :)!!!!

I just quickly looked at the spreadsheet and the time between SA and Additional Document Request. That time for you seems similar to others, so I would think they're just asking for it so your application is complete.

Re: Paris Office Timeline: passport

Hi guys,
My wife got an email yesterday to send her passport to Dakar VO, she is actually in FRance so she went to DHL this morning but they said they don't provide a return envelope. Do you guys know with courier to use.
thanks

You can just send them your passport in normal post or DHL yours will!

After sending passport email to visa office and tell them that facility is not available then they will tell you what to do.

In my case they sent back my passport back with normal French post and it took 8 days to receive!

did you put a return envelope

No I couldn't coz I was in same situation unlike you.
After sending my passport without return envelope I sent the email to visa office and they asked me for DHL account number which I didn't have so I told visa office that I don't have and I asked them that I can transfer the fee of postage via bank or western union but they didn't reply of this email and next morning visa office sent me email that
My package has been sent and gave me tracking number. They use just the normal local French post and I received my passport back in 8 days from Paris visa office to home in Norway.

I advise you to send your passport and a letter explaining your situation and then send an email also! The visa office will guide you what to do next.

tks body, i'll try to do it that way. n tks again

good luck bro , everything will be just fine i am sure your wife will get her visa and inshalah you guys going back together to canada .

Thanks a lot for the wishes.

We went to the intereview today. They didn't allow me to enter the building. Just my wife and the translator were allowed to get in.
It took them 90 min. The officer was focusing in one point in our file. He kept going back and forth to it. He didn't like the fact that our relationship is not a long one and kept going around this point.

And after 90 min. He just ask here to wait for thier communication.

Back to waiting game :)

I checked our ecas and its still IP.
