Which office gives the PER is it for sponser or applicant? and what does it signify? at this point my husbands application is still "application received and medical results received" , paris also sent us request for RPRF...does this mean we have the PER?

v2014, is a Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) applicant. I am not sure if the Paris VO department that processes the Family sponsorship applications is the same department that processes FSW applications. I am not familiar with the timeline for FSW applicants.

I am also under family class, I was under impression PER was for this category. I didn't notice v2014 was a FSW. thanks for clarifying

Is anyone familiar with time to expect visa issuance or passport request after RPRF request? we received RPRF request on may 5, and I am due to deliver our first child in july, and want my husband to be present during delivery. Others experience with paris VO timeline would be appreciated. our application is still "application received on eCAS, and medical results are in" . Our application was received December 08, 2014, and decision made for me as sponser was march 24, 2015. anyone with similar dates as us receive passport request yet?

Anyone suggest we apply for visitor visa, or wait for passport request, given our timeline? Thanks guys

Hi guys...

Two days ago on 21/5 i received an email from VO
They asked for
RPRF.. Work certificates for my current and previous work, work contract, updated cv for me and spouse, updated schedue A for me and they specified certain dates and what i was doing in them..

Today, 23/5 just right now i received Medical request for my spouse and i.. Although we still have not send the documents they asked for.. They gave us 60 days to srnd them..

Is that a good sign?

I logged onto ECAS and it says "A DECISION HAS BEEN MADE ON YOUR APPLICATION. The office will contact you concerning this decision"

Spain, how long was it between when you say Decision Made on ECAS and received the letter saying they were ready to issue your COPR?

There is no date as to when the decision was made, I logged into ECAS this morning and it showed decision made. The last time I had checked ECAS before today was Wednesday this week (May 20th).

ECAS does not say anything about interview being waived. It just says that a decision has been made and the office will contact us concerning this decision.

March 30th- I received an e-mail requesting the medical be re-done (It was expired because I initially applied through inland in 2013 and then changed to outland in 2014). At the same time they also requested that I get my passport renewed because it was going to expire in August 2015. I did both and submitted them both on April 17th.

It was 34 days from when I submitted the additional information they requested to when ECAS changed to decision made. It was 53 days from the day they requested the information to when I got decision made on ECAS (keep in mind the first medical exam I could get was the 17th of April and I had to renew my passport so I had not choice but to wait to submit it)

SPAIN was able to submit his requested information the same day that it was requested and it took 41 days from the day he submitted it until he got decision made.

So it didn't take extra long from PPR to DM in my case because it wasn't a ppr it was because it was expiring which would have effected the validity date of my COPR.

I will keep you guys updated when I receive my COPR and how my landing goes.
