Hi have anyone experice of contacting with MP!
What information can MP give us of our file? My processing time has past the processing time so I was thinking of contacting MP will help us or not!

RYIT you were right I received some news from Paris...unfortunatly it is to ask my partner birth act and the receipt for immigration fees...wich I already sent with my application in Mississauga!?!
So I printed again the receipt, scanned it and mail it to CTD mississauga and I had the bank statement showing that the amount was paid since November 2014. Hopefully Mississauga will be fast to inform Paris that everything is already paid.
About the birth certificat I am absolutly sure I joined it at the begining but anyway I ordered a new one and I hope it will come fast thenI will scan it and send it to Paris.
So... they are working on my application... :'( at least 2 or 3 weeks lost!

Vera16, did they ask you to send the info to Mississauga??? I am asking you because when I was requested to send info by Paris VO, in the same email, they send another email address to send it to.

So, check it!!! Maybe you you can transfer the requested docs and information straight to Paris instead to Mississauga.

Spain / They asked me to send the receipt of FERD (fee for permanent residence) in Mississauga wich I did by e-mail bcs I guess they lost the one I joined in the original application and they said Mississauga will inform them when everything will be OK.
Then the birth certificat I have to send it to Paris VO wich I will do when the Postman will manage to bring his donkey to my door to deliver the mail...You know I am in South of France so everything takes time...
I made sure to put every name and number on each mail...Also I will add the FERD receipt on the mail for Paris in case...
What seems unfair is that I am sure I already join both documents...but what can I do exept hoping that it won't delay too much the processing time.
So today I decided to be just happy that my file is IN PROCESS or kind of : LOL

CONGRATS tuga 21...could you please let us know if your ECAS is been updated???? Sometimes you get the COPR before getting the information updated on ECAS....

I never checked my ECAS. From what I heard, it was not an accurate source of information, so I never bothered with it.

Have you contacted your MP about your application yet? What did they say?

We contacted MP 2 days ago and they gave us some form to fill and give them back and yesterday we handed them back. The lady in MP office said to my wife that they will let us know in a week to one and half week so we are now waiting for some hopefull news!

I don't know what happenes in these kind of cases like mine that processing time is passed and still no updates on our application. E Cas jus says application and medical results have been received !

Just received an e-mail from Paris VO requesting Travel list (they said see form attached but no attachment in the e-mail...). I guess this means IMM5562. They also ask for CSQ, I should receive it soon since payment was processed last week.

I'm going to send them both by e-mail asap.

For IMM5562, the sponsored(my wife) fills their travel information but the form asks (in section b.)) for travel info of the spouse (in this case me). Should I list all my travel info even though I'm the sponsor?

Yes in section b the sponsor lists all of their travel info, I did the same when I filled out the form.

It means things are moving.... I can't really comment on how long before PPR. SPAIN was the first of us who are still waiting to have documents requested on March 18th and still hasn't received PPR yet so it's really anyone's guess how long it will/could take.

Even though I'm a Canadian Citizen living in Canada for more than 25 years sponsoring my wife? How usefull is this info for them?

Anyways, good to know that I have to fill this with my info as well!

EDIT: What if My travels were to Algeria (my country of origin) ? Should I mention them? I live in Montreal.

2- List all trips you, and if applicable, your family members have taken outside your country of origin or of residence in the last ten years...

Please everybody do the same, it is kind of nice to see applications moving on when yours is not, really , this way you know they are still in life in Paris...LOL...
Sorry for them I am sure they have a lot on their plates while we are just concern by our own application. Anyway please keep shearing!

Still waiting. Haven't heard from Paris since they requested a police certificate back in February.
