Parents Visitor Visa (Temporary Resident Visitor Visa)- No marriage certificate

Hi,

I am applying visitor visa for my parents and they dont have marriage certificate. Can I submit Notarized Marriage Affidavit with letter of explanation? Can you please share any format you have?

For the information of others in similar situation of not having their Marriage Certificate while applying for TRV. I ended up applying without it and got the visa ! I pointed out to the passport, cnic and FRC (Family Relationship Certificate) columns indicating the relationship.
