I'm a Canadian PR and I'm planning to apply for parents Canadian visitor visa. They already have a US visitor visa and will be visiting USA first in a few weeks. I'm trying to figure out what's the best place to apply for their Canadian visitor visa. I can apply from India but we don't have enough time (per IRCC it takes 48 days).
Is it possible to apply for Canadian visitor visa from Seattle? My parents will be on B2 status in USA. If anyone went through the process, please share quick steps and brief timeline to expect for complete application.
