Hi all,
We applied for my inlaws super visa on june 4th and got the rejection letter yesterday . We had provided proof of their property and pension income and had just talked about their bonds and rental income in the letter . The reasons for rejection were not enough income of my inlaws and us altough my husband who we listed as their host earns about 25000 and i earn about 52000. We attached only our employment letter but no paystubs..should we have attached pay stubs? Should we have attached the rental income proof and bonds as well for my inlaws? Also the length of sta was checked off we put a 6 month duration..was that too much? My inlaws had to go to lahore for 4 days back to back for thsir medical in pakistan as they come from multan a smaller city where there are no visa offices..we spent so much money this is soo dissapointing. If we apply for supervisa again now do they have to do medical and biometrics again?? Any help is appreciated!
I also wanna add my husband was sponsored by me 3 years ago when we got married and he is now a permanent resident. Due to the poor economy in alberta he is struggling for a proper job but he has over 75,000 in savings ..should we have included these details in the letter? Please help us know if we can reapply for supervisa or should we apply for a visitor visa instead? The insurance is valid till dec of next year.
Thank you
