Hello Guys.
Is it necessary to sponsor Dad and Mom at the same time ( according to 2020 program) ? I was wondering if I can sponsor them one by one? My income is less than minimum for sponsoring both of them.

You have to sponsor both mom and dad if they are not legally separated (and both are still living).

The reason why, is because if one of the two married couple have PR then they have the right to sponsor their spouse. Which is why they want you to be able to financially support both when you apply for your parents.

Cannot do it one by one.

The answer to your question is no. You cannot sponsor them one by one.

Even if you only sponsor one of them at a time, you must still show enough income to cover both parents when you apply to sponsor the first parent. You don't have enough income to qualify.
