Parents sponsorship

Hello, I want to sponsor for my parents to come here. Do I need to fill out separate application for my mom and my dad?

For starters, just want to make sure you are aware of the changes. You now must submit an online form and then they'll invite you to apply if you are drawn out of a lottery system. (10,000 people selected) You have to complete the form by February 2nd to be considered. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/parents-apply-how.asp

If selected, I would think it's one application for both.
