I have been living in Canada for 2 years.I meet the requirements for the low income for this year but not for the first year...Do I have to meet the requirements for 3 consecutive years as its written in the CIC website or just 1 year is ok?
I know that I can t apply this year anymore and I have to wait for the next year draw.

If you live in Quebec - then you only have to meet the income requirements for 1 year.

If you live outside of the province of Quebec, then you need to meet the income requirement for 3 consecutive years to qualify.
