Any clue when can we have Lottery part 2 for 2018
Given that they improved the interest form and chose 15000 apps in the initial draw, there probably won't be a second one.
I also think there will be no 2nd round and they will have gotten slightly over the 10K required apps.
Even if there was, there is zero chance anyone outside IRCC would know any details.

Double the income required; for all last 6 years from year of landing... and it’s salary, pay stub / NOA everything is available. Only important thing is to read forms carefully... hope for the best...
You can include your brother if he was under 22 years old but he's currently 25 so no he cannot be included.
