Information added to excel sheet. Link is in my signatures. Your online status may have showing start processing date. Based on start processing date you can estimate your turn by compiling information. Please let me know if still you have a question

Was also reading your old posts. Some one on the forum here mention that Mat leave does not effect your eligibility as sponsor. Even your income was enough. So i don't think you are affected by that.

Thanks

mat leave is considered income......i recived mat leave in in 2011 - 2012 and again 2012 to 2013......applied in 2016....with mat leave income....application already approved.......our combined income (mine and husband's) was meeting the LICO requirements.....

Hi Guyz,

I am planning to sponsor my dad and mom in 2017. I need your help in filling out column no: 8 "minimum necessary income" of the financial evaluation form (IMM5768).. According to the federal income table I see the minimum necessary income requirement for previous 3 years. I am not sure which year "2014,2015,2016 minimum necessary income" amount I must enter column 8. Please kindly help me.

As far as i know you need income from 2013, 2104 and 2015 to apply in 2017. You can NOT show income from 2016. I heard in the application forms, there is no column (box) or place to fill 2016 income. Because you need to attach NOA or Option C as a proof of income. And sadly applications filled (reached 10,000) in first week/month of January. So you can not have NOA or option C for 2016 income on January 3rd, 2017.

So either start with icone from 2013 or wait for one more year. Sadly that is what few "SMART" politician did to delay your parents sponsorship. :(

Even If you would submit application without NOA or Option C, i heard it will return to you. So only option C or NOA.

Here is specific thread only for applications preparation for 2017 . Please read quickly and get information to submit. You are getting late

PS i am not consultant , just trying to help from my experience from here

Thanks

Hi -
Yes on Ecas it shows - We started processing your application on March 9, 2016.

Link to excel sheet is in my signatures .

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1UyThO1XMPAIfUTlfbslpQdCBpxZzkMt8tJUVndHVfV0/edit?usp=sharing

So From "Start Processing" date and "secondary/pending review" dates you can estimate how CIC is progressing and can have get an little idea about your turn

From your GCMS notes you can find when your file was in Secondary/pending review

There is nothing under sencondary reivew in the notes...

in 2011 thread user aresham told that he/she got the SA. file start processing on Dec 30 th, 2015.

So yours was in March, Your turn should be in 1 to 2 months

Please keep checking Excel sheet. It will give you idea. I am asking everyone, whose file were in pending review and updating excel sheet so we can estimate the time/progress

There should be a time stamp (Date/time) in GCMS notes when that Pending review note was added
