I received ATIP report today. I need help to understand the latest note.which is

" This case has been furthered on the basis of email received from ****. IME is being reviewed for FC4 category. Regards Jaya Medical program assistan regional medical office high commission of canada new delhi."


I don't understad "IME is being reviewed for FC4". Is there any one who knows about it. What should I do know?

IME is immigration medical exam
FC4 is sponsorship applications for parents & grandparents

so it means the medical exams you did are being reviewed for parent category processing.

Hello folks I have a question about income requirement to sponsor my parents. i am really confused please help.
The federal income table chart says size of family and minimum income for last 3 years. Does it have to be for last 3 years?

I immigrated to canada in mid 2012. My income for 2012 don't qualify. now my income for 2013 and 2014 does and also 2015 will qualify but i won't have 2015
notice of assessment if i apply now. Am i still eligible to apply? can anyone please give me some guidance?

Because sing vo requested my sis had her sample done in canada then my family had to send 2 passport-size photo to sing vo and they will contact my family for dna appointment. They stated in dna letter that it could take weeks or months to wait for dna appointment

Hi

I am planning to apply for my Parent's immigration in 2016 now my scenario is :

My 2013, 2014 and 2015 income meets the LCIO need to apply for parents' immigration (2012 income was lower) and i know

I've to send my application right after Christmas in order to reach my package to immigration office by 3rd or 4th of

January because since last two years Jan 4nd is the date when the quota max outs.

Now I've two questions.

a) I wouldn't be able to get my notice of assesment for 2015 by the end of 2015, i will get it by April 2016. Is it fine if

i just submit my pay stub with other supporting docs (bank statement, letter of employment) that shows my year to date

income with application and submit option C or notice of assessment at later date.

If Yes,

b) What should i write in form as form has income option for 2012, 2013 and 2014 only.

Your help will be highly appreciated.

Hi All,

Do any of you know if by applying for inland PGP 2015 for my Mom that was received by CIC on Jan. 2, 2015 would be considered of her having "implied" status while waiting in Canada for this application to be processed?. When we checked that application status online, it says "received" although we have not heard anything further and no letter of rejection has been received so far. That makes us believe that she is one of the 5000 applicants.

You can't apply till Jan 2017.
