I sent that form in the beginning with my email on and later for case specific enquiry so they have my email address and I received emails from them and my email also shows in gcms notes.
so if you had sent that form indicating your email they should have your email add also you can check your gcms notes if you order one previously to confirm that they have your email add.
if not, then just send them a form with your email add.

did you ask for the signature when courier it? if so you should be able to see the name who received/signed it.

Does anyone sent use of representative form on behalf of your parents to get emails for medicals or all others request to you. Or by default they will use my email address?

I did not fill out the representative form, but in the email correspondence field, I gave my email id. I have been receiving all the cic requests in my email and i keep forwarding it to my parent for them to do the things asked by cic. Because my parents don't check the email often.

You do not need to submit representative form to receive emails.

no you don't understand what I meant. I meant when you courier by fedex or xpresspost or any other courier, did you ask the signature once the other party in UK receive your package from post office?
so post office ask if you need to have receiver signature so you know who receive it.

ok the name or initial you mentioned "LJF" in the email seems to have similarity with the receiver name who signed and received my package "Mr. L Fenning" so they may be the same person.
anyways, yes order gcms notes in 15 to 20 days as it will take some time to update in their system. I will do the same, keep us updated!

NEED HELP. Its been 6 monthssince we received our sponsership approval our file was transferred to LVO but still no medical we are 3 dependants and parents someone have any idea how much time it takes for medical?

Passports Requested April 27th. Passports sent a couple off days later
2 weeks later visas were sent back.
Landed in Canada May 9th.

3 years.

I would like to share my information.

Application filed: Jan 2010
Documents Request: Sept 2013
File Transfer: Jan 2014
Medicals Request: Nov 2014
Medicals Done: Dec 2014
In Process: Feb 2015
Decision Made/Visa Issued: May 2015

I have 1 dependent and parents. 1 parent with heart issues (not any more). Declared the medical condition at the time of medicals and they requested some additional tests.

Everything went positive and now finally got visa.

thanks for sharing your timeline. one question, was your ECAS changed from In Process to DM directly? were there any other updates like Medical results received? so it took roughly 3 months for the DM, correct?

ECAS changed to medical received in Jan 2015, then to in process in Feb 2015. Finally DM in May 2015.
Almost 4 months from IP to DM.

I am waiting on my mother's case. went Inprocess Feb 11 2015, medical 's done (with some additional tests) May 07, 2015, after that no updates.
