HC grounds is if she was already here but that is itself very tough to get, medical grounds would make it tougher all and said - need to satisfy that one anyway.

Very tough chance, my advice is get her on regular visit visa ( buy insurance ) and extend her visa, basically have to keep doing that

How hard is it to get a visa extension? Have you had a similar experience before? Since the visitor visa is issued on the assumption that the visa holder would return home at the end of her stay, I reckon CIC would ask for very convincing justifications.

Had folks here on 4 occasions with extensions of ( 6+6+6), (6+6) + (6+6+1 year )

Reasons: Simply want to spend more time

yes our remedical was done on31 jan.........our. application date was 17Sept 2007.........first medical done Oct 2012.......than DNA in may 13....still i am nt sure for visas untill passports in my hand.....,,,

Yes i am doing master in university, sent all educational documents with pcc,birth certificate which they mentioned.

I sent my all educational documents (original which they mentioned) ,if i need that documents for apply admissions or any other purpose. What is the procedure for that ? Now i am doing master, department (under 22) time at application.
