Hi user828, just wanna share a good news with u that i have got my medical request n document request.

i m just confused in 2 things that i m in dependent catagory n i was 19 years old at the time of sponsorship so just wanna confirm that in which type i would be?

TYPE A, TYPE B???

PLZ ANSWER THIS

N ONE MORE THING THAT I HAVENT RECEIVED PP REQUEST WITH MEDICALS?

LAST THING THAT THE DATE WHICH IS MENTIONED ON MEDICALS REQ IS 02-01-2014 BUT IT REACHED ME ON 15-04-14

SO IN THAT LETTER ITS CLEARLY MENTIONED THAT ALL THE DOCUMENTS REQUEST SHOULD BE FULLFILLED BEFORE 60 DAYS SO ITS ALREADY TOOK 100 DAYS TO REACH ME SO HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO SEND THE DOCS BACK PLZ HELP. . . .

Hi,

You are type - A dependent.
Age gets locked at the time application is filed.
So as it was 19 so you are Type- A dependent.

New delhi LVO usually ask for passports as well... Islamabad ask latter ....
And regarding date you can send a letter with the file or email to LVO explaining your situation that you got medical request letter at so n so date so thts y its late...that will not be a problem for sure

Definitions of dependent child (types A, B and C)

Your child or the child of your spouse or common-law partner can be considered a dependent child if that child meets the requirements of types A, B or C below:

TYPE A
The child is under the age of 22 and is single (not married and not in a common-law relationship).

TYPE B
The child has been continuously enrolled in and in attendance as a full time student at a post secondary institution accredited by the relevant government authority and has depended substantially on the financial support of a parent either:

since before the age of 22, or
since marrying or entering into a common-law relationship (if it happened before the age of 22).
TYPE C
The child is 22 years of age or older, has depended substantially on the financial support of a parent since before the age of 22, and is unable to provide for himself or herself because of a medical condition.

received my GSM notes, what is the next step after file is in registry?
LOC: Registory transferred on 01-28-14. **one day after they sent PA letter to Pay RPRF.
updated: 02-24-2014
by VPO---- (look like CPC-M office)
status - open
reason - in process
cost recovery- complete
RPRF- complete ( I do not see that updated or received in by delhi office. Should I send them hard copy again? assessment:
eligibility Passed
Criminality: passed
medicalassed
security: ( is blank) does any one know if it suppose to be blank?

in notes by ND last I see is letter sent to pay RPRF. there is no updated notes on receiving in mail for the pay receipt. Should I sent them another copy even thow it is updated by CPC-M office?

in my GCMS notes under outgoing is about the letter they sent in Jan 2014 for RPRF due by feb 27th. We have sent that in before due date but in the same section front of ALL ITEM's received it says: NO. ( how long does for Them to update the status ? it is almost one month after due date)

also in very beginning of notes in first paragraph it says RPRF: complete

where would I find out about the interview? it is waived or not

I'm so confused what should I do? should I send them RPRF recipe again ? my parents medical gona expire end of june, don't want to wait for the last minute.

Just my mom. She got the visa today finally. So all the best to everyone. Do not loose faith everyone will get there visas pretty soon

same here, June 2009 case, what was your month and do you have any dependant, no news after submitting additional documents since last year march. i sent them new PCC last month. Have you ordered GCMS notes, if not, you should do it. I will order it next month.

Write them case specific email that you received the letter late and request extension

If All are passed then your visa should be anytime, security always blank

My complete GCMS ( after visa ), still it said All Items received NO - they are very bad in updating those things. Many things missing in Incoming too, keep ordering new GCMS u might see it, and not a bad idea to email them that you already sent RPRF with a scanned copy

Hey thanx user 828, another question can I order Notes while still waiting to receive one from before?
I'm so devastated to know that my parents file was in RFV and than went back to registry just because of stupid RPRF. I emailed them as an applicant let's see if they reply.

Yes I ordered 1 in every 15 days, well on the flip side u know u will get visa anytime - the whole process starting from 2011 and some lucky ppl getting CPP-O vs LVO and newer apps getting approved than older ones was also unfair but just like life, everyone doesn't get everything so as long as you get it, take the wait time in stride
