Hello guys,
we received the ATIP notes and it says there that we are not eligible to sponsor, the letter was issued but not mailed out yet. We found out that they miscalculated our family size that resulted in refusal. Can we appeal this decision? According to ATIP out file is still open (not finalized yet).

As per my knowledge they will ask you to justify about income, They will send you letter for that i think and then you can explain...But if they will close the file then you can hire an immigrant lawyer and can appeal....

Better take suggestion from any immigration lawyer and send Visa office a letter explaining that there is error in calculation...

Hello ... 6 month has passed sinc medical has expired these people have also not given re medical any body with same timeline

Bro put mp inquiry we did after every 2 months that put pressure on them,our time line is close to yours

It says "Decision has been made on your application. The Office will contact you regarding this decision".

Can somebody let me know what does that mean? My Parents got their VISA Stamped and how long it will take to get passports?

Congratulations to Inlaw, Sidhuji, Ranveer and all other who got the good news, i knwo its the best feeling when you see the DM on screen dont know when god decided for us to see that so far no remedical requet has came in yet try MP inq, GCMS, Email everything only one responce the file is in que for process. so many of you are lucky that who recived the DM who apply in 2009 ppl from 2007 & 2008 still waiting becuse we have dep over age 22. tired of this waiting game they have not even decide the eligibility even so crimanilty is not even started the medical expired dont know how much more shold we wait for it.
