Hello i want to ask some thing about ur case why is it taking so long for uu i mean 3 to 4 years in new delhi /.???????? ooh god ,, our case is in nov 2007 file trf was may 2012 doe is take soo long i mean any travel history or some thing else this is ridaculouss ? cant belive it

My father is heart patient and they asked for additional test and after 8-9 months they told that they never received the additional test results so by the time we got to know it ,their medicals expired . So my parents went for remedical and i just hope that they receive visa before this remedicals expire .

Hello ... 6 month has passed sinc medical has expired these people have also not given re medical any body with same timeline

Hello guys,
we received the ATIP notes and it says there that we are not eligible to sponsor, the letter was issued but not mailed out yet. We found out that they miscalculated our family size that resulted in refusal. Can we appeal this decision? According to ATIP out file is still open (not finalized yet).
