..actually that would mean refusal as it cannot be w/o meds - you sure it not on sponsor side? Did you ever order GCMS notes to see whats going on for any docs required etc.

If this is a mistake, don't count on it as it everything is checked at the time of landing

I would suggest to phone the call center or make case specific inquiry. It could be ecas error too. There are people on these forum who have their status as decision made but actually there's no decision have been made on their case.

I am applying for my mother's extention of Super Visa Authorization. She has 4years visa, but was given 6 months entry by officer.

I am now applying online and will need fill the regular extention application.

I got her insurance extended to 6 more months, which is now valid for 1 year. They are asking for option C print out. What should I write in the letter ?

Do you have the Option C? They do not require it particularly for this year. You can add Option C for 2011 and 2012 + add the proof of income for 2013 such as pay stubs or T4.

Hi Guys, I have a question. Our medical was sent to CHC ND on Dec 06, 2012. Which according to the GCMS Notes, expired Dec 13, 2013, Eligibility - PASSED, and Criminality/Admissibility - NOT STARTED. After 3 months gone, we are still awaiting Re-medical Request from CHC New Delhi. Is this a Normal time gap (which means i need to wait more) or should i write to CHC and mention how our GCMS notes show medical - EXPIRED. Would they take it negatively if i dare to remind them about medical expiry according to the notes?? What do you guys think???

thanks

I dont know if its normal but my parents Med exprired in July-2013 and CHC ND requested for re-medical on 26-Jan-14. Later they requested their passports along with PCC. Now waiting from two months :( . Its not negative to remind them if they would ever listen or respond..

Suin I am applying for super Visa extention online under the "extention to visa/change conditions of your stay". The doc requirements online are very different than what it says on website. They are asking for proof of insurance etc in paper based application, but in online application they are not asking for it. I am pretty confuse with all of the doc requirements as compared to paper based application. I have 5 days to apply, so I do not want to do the paper based application.

Any tips will be helpful.

hi Layla.bee
I did it for my mom in february, she got 1 yr extention, and I have included Insurance for one year. Even though they are not asking online, but I believe it helps.

Thanks Toronto30. Yes I am thinking of extending her insurance for another 1 year as it will expire in Sep 2014. I am not sure if I should extend or show that her insurance was from Sep 2013-Sep 2014?

I think you should be okay with your current one, as this one still valid for six months and just explain on your invitation letter that you will purchase another one right after this expires. Thx

If you are planning to apply online, just follow the instructions online. It'll give you a check list. Without completing the mandatory documents, the system wouldn't even let you submit the application for extention online. I did it online recently and I only submitted the mandatory documents. I didn't include any option C print out, pay stubs or T4. And I got the extension in the mail within few weeks. Hope this helps.
