I got gcms notes today...can you please help me understand that...How can i check due date.....

And what are the important sections or points....

Due date is in the beginning 1st 2 pages
Main points are to see Outgoing, Info about criminality under activities, file location, and mostly the notes section in the bottom

File Location :- FCU-DIS (Give Some idea about this)
Eligibility :- In Progress (They have checked about eligibility around 6,7 Months back and then for eligibility they have updated one line:- review required)
Medical :- Passed
Under Notes :- All the esquires we made and GCMS notes and all
criminality :- Not Started

Criminality has to be in-progress. Now not all GMCS notes show the real picture, we'v seen nothing started and the file complete soon but going by the info as in hand, it seem it will take a while

Under 22 only when applied and now 25.....

1. Only PR and citizen can sponsor their parents.
2. Yes, you are right - in this case you will have to show income for 3 in 2011, 4 in 2012 and 5 in 2013.

Is there any reference for this ? (Answer 2)

Dear visa can only be issued if passport is not expirring,,, or 6 to 8 months are left before passport to expire ,, any ways they will send passport back to u and do one thing if they send paspsort apply in urgent so that withing one week u will get back ur passport and ur visa will be issure as u are knowing tattkaal quota to renuew passport , so it doesnt matter tooo much ,,,,,,,, u can see in spouse section someone has a call from ndvo that we want to issue ur visa but unfortunately ur passport has expired so come here collect ur passport and renew it and then submit for visa stamping ,,, so no worries at alll,, and one more thing i am also 2007 applicant whose medical has expired in oct,, waitting for re-medical

My family arrived last month, since that day my life has become 100 times better. I am happy 24/7
