Its good that you are preparing for it, the thing is that whatever is mentioned in the notes goes to another section who prepares the letter for you and this communication is at time delayed horribly ( very evident from the likes of NDVO and ISL ), but it could be that they changed their mind as well as such request should follow a letter
Another thing is that due to horrible note keeping capabilities of such LVO's, it might have not recorded properly in OUTGOING as well - so its hard to say, best is to wait for response from them
