I just received z letter from vienna that they have refused our application for permanent residence' due to low income

We have the right to appeal, anyone know how it works. Is there any other way to sponsor my parents

I am so happy today. My mom got her visa today. The ECAS still shows In process. She got the passport and that is how I find out.
Applied April 2009
Meds done June 2013
ECAS status in process since Dec. 9, 2013 (Still showing the same)
Visa issued January 27, 2014
Visa valid until the end of June 2014

I was reading everyone's posts and comments. My experience is that if they show Medicals received on your ECAS, it means you passed the meds
New Delhi called my mom about 2 weeks ago to get her Indian address and that is all. It was because on ECAS it shows only my Canadian address.

I remember checking the status every night and every morning. I wish everyone unite with their families soon and share their good news like me. All the best to all

What?? They dnt accept driving licence. .??are u sure? My voter card has wrng addres..parents have adhaar card bt not me..

They accept none of these ID's in punjab. You must have your passport in oder to obtain re-medical. My brother confirmed it from the Doctor, we got our medical done last year. He won't accept any other I'd. But do give it a try at Apollo, you might have some luck getting it through..

Vienna just refused it again for LiCo!

I'm so frustrated because it took so long for them
To Deny it.

How does the appeal work? And what do they request?

CPC-M first refused it because of LICO. Did you submit evidence to them that you met LICO ??
Did you submit such evidence to Vienna office at all for re-consideration?

If you didn't, then it's not their fault......the onus is on you to present CRA-related documents to them to prove that you meet the LICO.
LICO is the deciding factor.

If you can't prove LICO then appeal won't be in your favour.......before appealing I would first try to send Vienna all proof that you met LICO at all times during these years

hw many members on ur file.u should hire a lawyer on this situation. at the the time of application u dnt know tht ur income was low according to cic income requirements.

thanx for reply user828..but i have one more confusion .....Actually the space for my education detail is not enough in form no 5669. so my question is should i use copy of same form or i can use sheet of plain paper for my education detail.thanx in advance
