Hello many many congratulations to user 828 for decision made .....
we are 2007 people who are waiting for visa medical has expired in oct ,,,
so were are others whose got an updare mtechain, in law , omkarchauhan and others
pls update if there is any thing ...... its already 73 months what the hell this is man,,
cant know whats going on ,,,,,,,, 15 months passed medical and pasport submitted dont know
when 2007 people will be out of this ??? really tiered of everything , can any one comment on
this how long should they take now , they are issuing visa to 2008 what about 2007 man its already 72 months
6years and 3 months more now they should give visa to 2007 people its tooo latee ?????? very
very horrible and dangerous procedure of waitiinggg???

I am an April 2007 applicant. Still waiting. Ecas In-Process changed on Dec 16. 2nd medical expiring on 10 April 2014. Even some 2009 applicants have got visas and landed.

I applied for my parents in June 2007. The gcms notes say there is nothing unusual. I dont know why they are not working on my file as people from 2008 are getting the visas. Even people who applied in late 2007 got the visa in 2012. Why are we still waiting? If there is some problem with the application why dont they tell us. I made three MP requests. Two gcms notes, second medical about to expire in april and millions of emails that went unanswered. On top of that the gcms says the security and criminality check has not been started yet??? Why did they even request the first medicals if the eligibility was not passed. Do they have a proper way of working? A legal yardstick of timeline? Are they even accountable to anyone?

Man, I am a professional and have been paying taxes here for the past 14 years. I deserve to bring my parents here but the wait times are so devastating.

I agree that its very horrible, there are cases where people who applied later got way before others and some even before that ( on top of some files going to CPP-O and some to LVO ), its a mess. I was dejected myself and left the whole process to it own. You can't do much and just keep ordering notes and see if they need anything
