No, Section A should be filled by you, as well as the rest of the family members - they should fill Section A of their forms with their information too.

I do not understand.can u sent me a fill form as an example pls.

I mean each of you should fill this form in with all of each of yours information, for example, you fill this form in starting from Section A down to C. In Section A you write your name, address, email, then names and info of your parents, then in other sections names and info of your brothers, sisters, children if applicable, etc. At the end you sign and date it. The same way for the rest members of your family.

You should expect to receive the AOR Letter confirming whether your application is complete soon. I submitted the additional documents on August 22 to CIC. I received the first letter (AOR) dated Sept 25. And I've just received a second letter today confirming my application for sponsorship is approved. File has been forwarded to LVO... another wait has now begun...
hi I have question wht is ur income and how many members do u have on ur file.did u include ur spouse income also? plz rply

I also thought my file would be transferred to Ottawa but no. I did request to have my file processed in Ottawa... guess they didn't take that into consideration and forward my file to LVO... The approval letter was dated Oct 9. I checked the envelope and they sent it by regular mail on Oct 10. And I just received it today. Hope you'll hear something soon.

Yes, I would think that way too, especially when you mother has permission to stay in Canada for longer than a year... Do you sponsor just you mother or there are dependents on your file too?

Hi Everyone,

Finally, I have received the good news I was waiting for long time.
Today, My e-cas shows "Decision Made" in my case. I hope to receive passports with visa by end of the next week.

It says, "We started processing your application on October 14, 2013". I never saw "In-Process" status. It changed directly from "Application Received" to "Decision Made".
I was checking e-cas almost everyday. Very Happy...

Good Luck to everyone on this forum.

I will update you once I receive passports.

Thanks for your support.

I have 2 question upatel first is did u send pcc without asking them by cpc. and second is ur pcc from canadian poilce or from indian poilce?

CPC-M had requested to either send the PCC with the completed application or when the visa office requested. I submitted pcc from india along with the completed application.

CPC-M had requested to either send the PCC with the completed application or when the visa office requested. I submitted pcc from india along with the completed application. The letter itself mentioned that it will save the application processing time if you submitted the pcc and permenant recidence fee with your completed application.
Is anyone who submitted documents after 9th september 2013 receided any letter from CPC-M?

No I read letter few times. It does not say to send Police certificates with application. It only tells you to request police certificate from countries that you have stayed over 6 years. They say that the process of obtaining PC might take several months, so it is a good idea to start request that. I had PC but I did not send. I will send them when the high commission will request it. Also for Residence fees I heard that sometimes people pay and it doesnt show on their file. so they are asked to pay again. They then file for refund after the entire process is completed, which is a pain.

Agreed 100% with you. they suggest you to submit PCC and permanent resident fee along with documents to speed up things but its not mandatory. One can send later too when requested. I submitted both already though.

My documents reached there September 6th and received AOR on Oct 09 in mail. It was dated Oct 02.

Right!
Its not compulsory as they mentioned.
My friend who's parents already got PR did the same as he submitted the PCC and fee togather as against my another friend who submitted later when they asked during the time of medical request and so it is upto your choice how you would like to go but more importantly if we follow the CPC-M letter where they clearly mentioned that by submitting the PCC and fee earlier will save processing time and so we did!
Now god knows it will happen or not but both the options are open and acceptable based on each individual cases.
My guess is if you have the PCC and FEE ready at the time of submitting the documents then you should submit it at the same time instead of waiting for the another turn as CPC-M give us 90 days enough time to submit the documents but i guess people are considering that statement that whosoever will submit the documents earlier will get the application process faster then other (first come first serve).

Please correct me if i am wrong here.

Thx
