i got my gcms notes today
on top of that notes they have written passed
now the eligibility process is going on
still criminility, security check required
medical has been expired
there is no red flag or refusal at all
on every page or file they have written eligible
so can u tell me wt exact is going on ,,,hoping to see the revert

Passed means mostly they trust you are son of parents, now the mix bag of eligibility, security, criminality etc will begin or must have started ( as they always don't write the latest ) so just wait till it finishes
Can't tell how long it will take

yes, sure you can be a representative for your parent - this way the CIC will keep all the correspondence with you.

as for a co-signer - we have the same situation, - I was not working those two years they ask the Option C for. My husband is a co-signer on my sponsorship application.

CPC-M will send 2 letters
1) Confirming Docs
2) Approval Letter and where the file is sent ( This is when you will see Decision Made from Sponsor Side )

AOR is sent by office which will start the sponsorship, Ankara or CPP-O in your case

I have just checked my mother's account on cic.gc.ca, it states that our application is in process and the process started on 12th of June. Embassy have our passports and we have our medicals expiring on 25th of September. We have deposited our landing fees. Our passports, landing fees and medical procedure were conducted last year. Do you have any idea that if our file is in process so will we able to get our visa's before our medicals expire or we have to go for medicals ? Actually we are done with everything, all they have to do is stamp the VISA.

my file was filed by my parents on october 12, 2012
they had applied me in dependent child category

Hi Suin,

I think so many files of the same category were transerred to CPP-O. I had two files and both were processed in CPP-O. No dependants, parents only. In addition, we submiitted rprf and pcc at the time of additional information request. So in a way, complete documentation was provided at the first step.

I did the same for my mom, paid RPRF, pcc included but still they just transfered the case to SGVO two weeks ago, says it depends on applicant's home country. But I think they are doing it ramdomly and sending those to CPP-O.

Probably, you are right. It also depends on the country of residence.
