Ya, its a PDF form which can be revalidated and saved. I did it few times to correct stuff, so you can put UCI and revalidate and save the new form, it doesnt go online anywhere

Yes, Jan 2013 but that was for different reason

CPC-M put wrong email in the system which went to NDVO
Now, I corrected it coz I kept on top of GCMS notes and it does mention that they corrected it but they very smart people at NDVO, to they sent the additional docs ( which you and everyone got in Nov ) to the incorrect email

I found this out later through delayed GCMS notes and tried to contact them furiously by all means

They opened my file and because they have docs from CPC-M which we all sent originally, they only asked additional docs they needed

This is when it went to IN-PROCESS

So if you don't see it, don't worry, it only shows up when they ask for more docs and majority of folks never had IN-PROCESS, it went from App Received, Meds Received to Decision Made

He sent PP via VFS Global, coz his passport was sent later, so thats how he can se VFS Status

Surprising , NDVO gave that option to send PP

Hi all, I have a problem with my dad's signature. I forgot to mention to him that he should sign all the forms in black pen. Will this be a problem? Should I ask him to sign again with black pen and forward the originals back to me? Or did anyone sign the forms with blue pen and didn't have any issues? Please help.

Hi
I'll need advice from senior members once again since am in dilemma.

Background Info
I was 15+ years (in 2008) old when family sponsorship was started. I went to Canada on student visa in 2010 (student visa and study permit expiring in Apr 2014). I didn't submitted PP with parents in Jan since I was in school. As per response to enquiry from NDVO, they said they will request my PP when case gets to final staging and then they asked for it in June. Since I had summer off, I came India (which was a mistake and I realized later I could have sent my PP with somebody) submitted PP first week of July. I have my final year starting on 3rd Sept. Have sent bunch of emails and tried few phone calls to NDVO

Dilemma
After informing local MP about the situation and asked for assistance, he agreed to represent my situation to NDVO if I sign the consent form so he could represent me and the sponsor. If I do so am afraid they will just return my passport since I have valid visa.

Now I have option either to drop the semester and just wait or try to get my PP back and finish my studies.

Would appreciate some advise from my fellow friends here.
