This is very disappointing.....God, what can we do. It seems line none of the them either Govt. or PAFSO behaving professionally here.....the sad thing is there is no mention of impact of this strike on parents application....all they are talking about is visitor and student visas....plus media is not showing any interest in this issue....I hardly see this issue on news....Waheguru jee pls Mehar Karo.....

Hi user, wana share an experience. One of our family friends' parents applied for super visa and sent their PP so mother got visa but father passport never returned back....they wait for almost 20 days then their lawyer suggest them to go to Chandigarh office and they guide them to go to Delhi....and guess what, Delhi office issued him visa right there....but in our case can't even do that....because they gona say our file is in processing time....Well, it has been 17 months since my file was transferred to ND....haven't seen anyone taking that long after transfer....I feel depressed, Second week of September is my Son's first B'day and I was very positive that they will get visa by then.....but don't see any hope now....sad

Finally some good news to share.. Got passports with visa today Ma Shaa Allah .. Finally the 5 years long wait come's to an end.. It was a long journey... I would also like to thank everyone for their immense support; The journey wouldn't have been possible without all the support .. I really hope and pray that each one of you get reunited with ur family really soon...

Hi, you guys are lucky at New Delhi. you get a chance to Submit passport and medical at same time. my medical was lost last year in Hacked mail, and we kept on reading the e-status we sent you letter on April 12th 2012 and was scared to disturb them. finally after 10 months, when I enquired I was Re-issued medical in March 2013 and we appeared for. since April we are looking at "Medical results received" ........ Does that mean ? Medical is fine ?..... How long Cpp-O shall take to call for PP, any one in this queue ?

Except your unfortunate event of email being sent to a hacked email, and another user's bad luck of passport not being sent after completion , files sent to CPP-O were the luckiest who had the smoothest no hassle process with nothing but play the waiting game. CIC decided to bundle all previous apps and older apps are waiting and newer ones are done already
CPP-O applicants had the comfort of flagpoling if parents were in Canada too
If you haven't had a chance, you will see the the pain and suffering ( incl yours truly ) had to go through via ND and its not ended with this new strike business
No sir, we are anything but lucky - I wanna face the officer who tossed by only parents ( no dependent ) file in the ND pile and just have few words to say

Thanks Luck786, instead of asking college a letter i asked them to go to HEC office and get one and also get something from college too because ISB wouldnt trust the letter from college alone thats why they sort of rejected that college.
for 6 month reason is excellent. I am not disappointed at all infact i am optimistic as they at least give him a chance to proof them wrong.
