Hi everyone. As you can see my timeline its been so long since we last received an update from CHC Delhi. Out case went in-process in July 2014 and since then no updates. Out passports are still there and there is no remedical request yet. Can someone please advise what can be done?

Yes we have submitted our passports already with the medicals. And we haven't received remedicals request yet. What could be the reason behind this. Is remedical necessary or they can just issue visa?

Wow that's a very great news. But our case went in process one month ago and our address changed from Indian home address to my sister's Canadian home address yesterday. Will we see decision made first or just visa. Thanks in advance.

yes they expired but they havn't sent remedicals request yet and they sent our passports back for renewal too and we got them renewed. Is your case in process yet or it shows medical received?

No you need to go to suwidha center. Only they can translate it.

No problem you just need it to be converted it to english from other language. Go to your local Suwidha Centre from your district. No need to worry even if it is issued by a namberdar.

Hey congratulations Deep. When did your case went in process? Mine started processing this week after a long time. And may be our medicals expired this month (Not sure if expired or still valid) And how much estimated time to decision made after in-process. Howuch time it took you.

Today i saw In-Process on our case. I don't know if our medicals are expired or not. Is our case progressing or not. And what are the chances. Will we receive direct visa or remedicals. And any idea how much time will it take.

No they are currently 19 and 25. No they just asked for the documnts that prove that they are dependents and we sent them regulatlrly study documents to them.

There are 2 dependents One is 19 years ols and one is 25 years old. And my father had travel history to england from 1990 to 1994 ang 1997 to 2001. He was there on work visa. So we had to apply PCC from england police. Other than that no one had travel history what so ever.

Our medicals are expiring in second week of july. That is an issue.
