I compared both old and new notes again and a few changes are:

Group name - FC4-OCT12 in Old Notes
Group name - FC4-OCT 2012 MAILOUT in new notes

Group - Type - PR Temporary Processing in old notes
Group - Type - Batch notes in new notes

Let me know Greg if this is any major change?

I'm just wondering whether can my parents apply visa for 5 months under super visa ? I will be purchasing insurance for a year. But since both of them are still employed in their country they cannot stay here for a year. If they have the tentative booking for 5 months and would it be a problem ?

Hi guys

Seems like everyone that submitted their applications back in 2007 have had their medicals reuqested. We haven't received anything. Our gcms notes show that the process hasn't even started and las time
They looked at the file was back in April.

I don't know if I should email the Vienna office again. I mean is there a limit as to how many times you can email them and ask them for an update? I don't want to jepordize anything.

I know that our income didnt meet the requirement but they still sent the file to Vienna. Is this why it says failed?

It says SPR Eligibility Failed
Status Failed.

I am sorry but your file seems on back burner or is failing due to the sponsorship fact. CPC_M gives the option to send file to Local Visa Office as they can make ultimate decision
Perhaps you can write to Vienna with your current financial situation and maybe they can review it and get the ball rolling
Sorry but SPR failed is not a good sign

What is MP?

In Process could be still in Review so they havent completely closed it, because it failed eligibility, it could be working on a slower pace

MP = Member of Parliament

They all have websites and services for immigration, you can talk to them and they can inquire on your behalf
