Hello all Forum Members,

From Local visa office - New- Delhi, My parents just recieved mail in India to send the following information as below:

I need urgent advice from you guys as CIC given me only 45 days to complete all documents including Medical.

Questions:

Where I will get medical forms? Nothing comes with mail in India. - Do i have to download medical forms from CIC website if yes please provide me the details please.

Where I can get Schedule – A forms?

CIC did not send any Medical forms with mail and CIC given me only 45 days to complete all the required documents.

I am little bit in worry about these two issues.

Mail is a below:

This is refer to your application for admission in Canada

Compete or provide proof of completion of the immigration Medical examination for yourself and your spouse

attached details of Foreigh Travel Forms for both of you

Please priovide schedule - A forms fo yourself and your spouse which are completely and accurately

original passport for both of you.

Your urgent help regarding this matter would be highly appreciated

congrats Rick,....my file has also been transferred to ND on may 17 2012, today i rec'd letter dated June 25 2012 from ND - Govt of Canada High commission of Canada as follows -

your application for PR in Canada in the Family class was rec'd at CPC-M on 12/11/2007 and has now been transferred to our office

did you also rec. the same letter which i rec'd today?

This is the AOR - Acknowledgement of Receipt. It is from this date that the visa office would process the file - the date of the letter.

No! form for parents is different..
it has application no ,UCL on top left..
on bottom there is written "IMM 1017 F"

they usually send within the mail..but dont worry doctors have that form too.
when we went to medicals the doctor asked us to get colored photocopies of those forms and we said we already have these..

regarding form A ,.its the one which sakamath posted..i compared it with mine..
you have to fill one per each family member

Congrts!!! RIC2007. Do you have dependent on your file ?

I believe there is some variation case to case. But you guys are very close.Hope will hear soon from LVO.This really a great news for us. Hope for the best SINGHNX01,VEERU,SAKAMATH. Who elese file was transfer in first quarter of 2012 ?

I recently noticed on some of the foarms that the parents immigartion cases submitted to Islamabad in 2011 got calls for medical and some even got calls for visas. meaning the average procesing time for these applications were 1.5 to 2 years.

Does the process is much quicker in Islamabad now? seems for 2012 that have vias quota of 1500 but a backlog of 2200.

I believe it is fast for some cases and slow for others.Again it depends on case to case.But they have meds request for almost 2011 applicants.Butlot of meds are being expired too.Butthe over all situation is not that bad.

The trouble is in the initial application i mentioned my mother's education to be ''secondary level or less'' with '12' years of education. Now that they've asked for supporting evidence, she cant find her educational certificates.

It is impossible for me to obtain a copy of those as they go back to 1968 and there is no way i can obtain them.

I there anybody out there faced/facing similar situation. How can it effect my application?

In my parents application case I had a issue where I didn't have documents to prove certain things. Link DOB of my grand parents or my father. I mentioned that exact date of birth is not know it's only approximate for my grandparents and for my father I mentioned the DOB but also mentioned that no birth certificate is available. What I am trying to tell is May be A honest explanation may help. But if you can some how get some letter from the school she attended or a class group photo you can offer that.

Could your parents explain in a letter that the document was destroyed and that they are unable to get copies of the same? You could also provide an affidavit towards that effect. Educational documents are not important, I guess, in parent's sponsorship cases. These are just my opinion.

Just update,

parents went to Apollo Hospital today and you are right they Did not asked for Medical forms and given appointment for Friday morning for Medical examination.

Hope everything go smooth without any more troubles.

one question - do i have to fill seperate form for parents (attached details of Foreigh Travel Forms for both of you) or it works only one form?

My parents visited only canada one time for 5 months.

your reply would be much apereciated.
