I have been following this forum for a while and thought I should pipe in and provide my update as I can't figure out how to update the spreadsheet.
I sent in to Sponsor my father, mother, and 2 dependent siblings (Pakistan) in March 2008. For all most 3 years not a peep from CIC. In November 2011 I got a letter to submit the Application for Permanent Resident to Ottawa from my Parents under a trail program. I submitted all applications and sent them to CPC-Ottawa in February 2012. From this point on my eCAS status was not available and after several correspondence to CIC the issue was not resolved. In May of 2012, I received a letter from CIC that they have received my application and considered it complete that it would now be processed. Shortly after this my eCAS updates were available again. It's June now and still no further updates or movement in the case. This whole process is truly trying my patience. At this rate it may take a decade or more for them to get there visas. Does anyone else have any updates as to parents sponsorship from Pakistan or as to the outcome of the trial program?

Did they ask u for stubs with option C print out or did they just ask u for option c?

I came to canada in sep 2008 i sponsered my parents in may 2009 with my wife cosign as she had more income... She was on EI in 08 for last month or so but we did have mimimum income without her EI. Do i need to worry? Was she under anysort of oath for sponsoring me. Please answer if you have any information on it....

I have doubt, i send my mothers complete application on 09-feb-2012-to CPC_M, then i received acknowledgement letter on 23/march/2012 saying we detemining your application is complete and in queue.Then 10April2012 , i received another letter stating that "you have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor" so i don't understand could someone please explain me.
And on 8,June 2012 through email i got this letter that
"Your Application for permanent residence in Canada in the Family class was received at CPC-M
on 02/09/2009 and has now been transferred to our office. Note: The application received is in
mm/dd/yyyy format. Please quote this file number in all future correspondence with our office.
Canada has a carefully managed and controlled immigration program that is committed to
maintaining a balance of 60% economic immigrants and 40% non-economic immigrants (family
class, refugees, and those in need of protection). Amongst non-economic immigrants, priority is
given to spouses/partners and dependent children.
We are currently processing other relative family class applications according to these time
frames, from the date the application is received in New Delhi:
Parents/Grandparents All Other Relatives
Confirmation of receipt of 3 months 12 months
First Review 9 months 36 months
Interview 43 months 44 months

And today i got another doubt i didn't as for PCC in the chcklist, so i didn't send, so can i start to take PCC and how do i send to High commission NewDelhi.

I just received my GCMS notes and I will post the entire copy later, so we could go through it..however - I found that my email address was incorrect ( not my fault ), who knows what I might have missed but as per GCMS I dont think process has started in ND.

I had to send IM5476 anyway, so I have faxed, emailed and mailed a hard copy so they update it.

For those who haven't received anything via email, it could be a simple reason that someone mistyped and causes us headaches

Did the agent tell you the documents you sent on June 6th were received?
The agent might refer to the options c and stubs they already requested.

I have received my AOR in mail after 48 days they posted. Letter was dated May 1st 2012 and I received AOR at my home in India on June 18 2012.... You must check with New Delhi office for that.. My file got transferred on March 6th 2012 to New Delhi.....

You sent application to CPC otttowa? instead of Mississauga?I got approval last month and file is in LVO Islamabad.No AOR from there yet.Add your case to Trackitt.You could find cases over there for comparison.

REg obtain PCC in INDIA, Tamilnadu

Please anyone advice how to obtain an PCC, 10 years before i went to commissioner office at my district and given 2 photos along with wrtten application, that's it, but my mother went yesterday (she is not educated ) they told them to get some application from internet and come back with written application along with 2 black&W photos, so surf in the internet and found the information through PSKendra and filled an eform for PCC at the end there is a button said VALIDATE & SAVE, i did but it doesn't give me any reference number what i have to do now, what is my next step. Please advise. Thank you.

Is there anyone else who received the 90days letter(request to update froms) but it did not request a Police Certificates? please indicate your AOR when replying..
