received GCMS notes today... the reason why my status has not changed to 'Medicals received' is clear - my mom is required to have additional tests... not clear is why i did not receive the mail with this request...
You are not representative for your parents, may be CPP-O sent latter to your parents. I would suggest ask your parents write e-mail and fax to CPP-O; that they have not received any mail regarding additional tests.Shuga said:received GCMS notes today... the reason why my status has not changed to 'Medicals received' is clear - my mom is required to have additional tests... not clear is why i did not receive the mail with this request...

How about the background check, did CPP-O complete it or not?
may be it was send to a doctor - at least the letter is addressed to the doctor...tyk2001 said:In my case doctor received request for additional tests and forwarded it to my parents. I wasn't informed also.
In my case I received letter for additional test for my father. I am not rep of my parents but I put my address for correspondence.Shuga said:may be it was send to a doctor - at least the letter is addressed to the doctor...
Oh, sorry to hear that - hopefully nothing major (are you able to see in the notes which tests they are asking for - i.e. in relation to which medical issue? (I am not buggying you which ones - just wondering if that info is visible in the notes)?Shuga said:received GCMS notes today... the reason why my status has not changed to 'Medicals received' is clear - my mom is required to have additional tests... not clear is why i did not receive the mail with this request...
it is not visible in the electronic files (notes)... but it is visible if you order a copy of the physical file...Anik said:just wondering if that info is visible in the notes)?
in my case it was almost one month gap between the date i received the notes and the last update... i mean - they created the notes as soon as they received my request... then waited for a month... then send it to me... so all updates are 1 month old...Anik said:what is the time gap between the date you received the notes and last update?
did you order the CD again for your most recent request?
So, you ordered a copy of the physical file this time? I thought this is not recommended because it causes delay in processing (or so they say).Shuga said:it is not visible in the electronic files (notes)... but it is visible if you order a copy of the physical file...
it's a request for an additional x-ray and tuberculosis test (8 weeks to complete)
