Shuga, did the old consent work or did you have to ask you parents to mail you the new consent forms for your second gcms notes order?

i asked my parents to e-mail me a scan of their consent... i don't know if it worked... i expect to get gcsm notes - but i havent' received them yet...

Hello Guys,

needs urgent adviced from experts please.

My parents received letter for requesting additional following documents by local visa office New Delhi.

Original version of sponsor’s birth certificate (Gujarati version)
Copies of all pages of old passport

Question is

If I send original birth certificate than Do CIC local visa office will return the original certificate or they will keep it for record forever?
Me and my wife we both are joint in sponsorship so what I am understanding is that I have to send both us documents to CIC local visa office? Am I correct or not?
Local visa office sent letter to my parents address in India – is it ok if I send documents direct from here to local visa office or not? or I have to send documents to India and than my parents have to send to local visa office?

Totally confused but your expert advice will help me a lot.

DO NOT send any original birth certificate. They probably won't return it.

Send Notarized birth certificate (notary original notarization)
Also, send notarized english translation of birth certificate (notary original notarization)

Just curious, are they asking the sponcer birth certificate or your parents birth certificate. if in the mail if they mentioned they need the original then i recommend to send the original one. mostlly they do return them back, like i had all my picture and marrige certificate got back when i applied for my hubby. if its for sponcer then yes you and your wife both needs to send the certificate. one more question when you submitted your additioan document didint you include them in your file? like not the original one but the notarized one ,with the original birth certificate copy .

Send the original one they will return with visa all the original documents . My aunt got visa in feb this year her all original documents are return.so if they ask for orginal one then send it
