you can leave it blank if you don't know it...
my parents have the same UCIs that they had when they were issued visitor visa to Canada... but it's OK if you dont' know it...

hi Apple_talk. I noticed that you mentioned that they requested 2007 option C printout (and you also applied in Dec 2007, like me). I have just realised that I never sent 2007 option C to them. At the time of application it was not available yet (I sent 2006 option C at that time). Also, for the original application I also send 12 month proof of income (paystubs + letter of employment with salary etc) which essentially covered most of 2007 tax year. Recently, when I sent additional Option C printouts for 2008-2010 (just in case because I changed jobs and was on mat leave during waiting period) I forgot to request and include the 2007 on (I guess in my mind I thought I alreaady provided proof of 2007 income and that is why I forgot :-( ). Now I am concerned that they may come back to me and request it (i.e. further delay).
With your original application in Dec 2007, did you provide only 2006 option C or any other proof of income for past 12 months? I am wondiering if paystubs originally profided will be sufficient for them...

Additional information.which forms should be filled by sponser and which by sponsered person.(IMM 0008,IMM 5669,IMM 5406,IMM 5476).

IMM0008 by Main applicant back home (head of the family mostly its dad or mom)
IMM5669 by all applicants back home
IMM5406 by all applicants back home
IMM 5476 its optional you can fill it or if you assigned some to fill your papers..i'll recommend sponsor should do it (note main applicant must sign this form after sponsor fills it)

I called CIC today and they told me that the file has been transferred to new Delhi. The application has just my parents, no dependents. Has anybody got medical request from New Delhi?

Got letter from CIC that the application is complete and will be processed in processing queue: April 6, 2012 .. letter dated Mar 27, 2012
No update on ECAS so far, just 2 lines, Application Received on both.

I got a letter from CIC today that the file has been transferred to CPP Ottawa. When I called CIC yesterday, the rep told me that the file has been transferred to New Delhi. The letter does mention that "If at any time during the processing, it is determined that local knowledge is required, the file may be forwarded to the relevan visa office for processing and final decision".
Can you someone who got their case transferred to Ottawa confirm that it is on their letter as well?
The letter is dated April 10. I called yesterday (April 11). I don't this Ottawa would have made a decision to send it to New Delhi after just one day.

yes - the same sentence in my letter...
i think it's not the first time when agents dont' know where the case is forwarded... it might be that they only see that the case is forwarded somewhere - and ASSUME the local visa office...

Or maybe their system shows `default' local office for each applicant and they assume this is where it gets transferred Maybe the agents just 'did not read the memo'

(ok, I am being a bit mean here towards CIC... still nothing for me , so frustrating...)
