IMM0008 should be computerised - it is not ok to submit handwritten IMM0008. You need to fill it on a computer, press verify button and get a barcode.dhillon22 said:Hi ,
I filled the application form with black pen.It is not computerised my friend told me it should be computerised otherwise it will be returned. Did anyone submit handwritten form. Is it ok to submit hand written form? Please reply me back ASAP.
you are right... i checked the web site - using the new electronic form is recommended but not mandatory:sponsorparents said:No... It doesn't need to be filled on computer. It would be nice if it was filled and validated using computer.
My parents hand filled in the form. I asked CIC if that is OK as they do not have any computer knowledge. They said its perfectly fine.
I agree. they cannot expect old people to be literate in computers. It's preferable for them to have a validated copy as that copy goes right into their database and they do not need to enter it manually, but they still will do accept regular filled by hand versions without any problem.sponsorparents said:No...
