Hi everyone. I am new to this post. My sister sponcered my parents and myself as a dependent in oct 2007. Sponcership approved in June and file
Transferred to New Delhi office in July. Medical and passport req in oct.
I was in Australia that time studying but then I came to India. We all done medical on 19nov,2012.and submitted passports with additional documents on 22nov 2013.
Everything recieved by NDO on 23nov,2013.
On dec 5 2012 got a letter request to pay RPRf fee... Which my sister paid by credit card immediately.
Nothing after that.
When we check it says file Processing started on 14nov 2012 an medical results have been recieved.
So now my problem is that my Australian visa expire on 23march 2013 and here I have heard nothing from CHC. I am really stuck and worried.
Coz if nothing comes up before 23march...I will loose Australia too
Anyone can suggest should I really wait and loose Australia or should I request NDO to send my passport back so that I can go back to Aus and continue my studies.
Any suggestion welcome please.

I have a good news to share. I got letter from cic office Mississauga that my application for my parent sponsor is revived on June 2011. I got UIC number and i can check online now.

It will be really helpful if some one can expain that what will be next.

Thank u khaira_143, my sister is saying the same thing that I should wait. I am Just bit scared. We have done enquiry via local MP and they said our file is under Final review.
Can anyone please define the term "FINAL REVIEW"
What does it exactly mean and how long does it take to receive passport when file is under final review?
I wait for postman everyday...but he cross our home leaving me super sad (

Yeah we have sent the RPRF fee copy to both Mississauga and New Delhi office an it's encased too.

I have important question, what the immigration expect on our medical test, my mother has little bit b/p like 150 she taking medication, and cholestrol also by medication it all came down, but to maintain the doctor asking to take medication.
My question is, is my mother case will cause problem in medical test, how to handle the medical exam if she got one, please its very important to know about it anybody please anybody answer, thank you very much

High blood pressure is not a red flag for the medical. just tell your mother to relax and be well hydrated before the medical examination. god bless.
