I have concern regarding withdrawl of the sponsership application.

I have co-signed my wife's parents sponsership application. They are almost getting the immigration. Medical tests have been done. Now I have changed my mind and want to withdraw as a co-signer from the sponsership application. I am interested to know how I can withdraw? and do i need sponser and principal applicant's acknowledgement? . If yes what are the alternatives.

Any help would be appreciated

As long as the visa hasn't been issued, you can still cancel your sponsorship. Phone the CIC call centre and ask them who you should notify. However, I believe that a letter to their processing visa office would be sufficient.

You realize that unless your wife can show enough income by herself to support her parents, they will be denied the visa.

congrats jay......thts a very gud news... i also done medical on 19 dec 2012 and ecas status in process and medical received from 17 jan 2013 ...wish i will also receive a gud news soon

No one can tell when you will get the visa? But from all the information and progress of your application , it seems that your application is at the last stage in processing and a decision will be made shortly (hopefully within 2-3 months or so you may get the visa).
