MP's office says to check back in 2 months time if I don't hear anything.

She is on supervisa, and the medicals were done in Canada, I had to send the documents to New Delhi. I asked the Doctor's office here, they confirmed that the medicals were sent to ottawa on December 06, 2012, but still nothing. She underwent Medical for Supervisa recently in September 2012, but everything was fine. I does'nt have any complications at all. I don't see any reason for more tests. Hope not to proceed with any other tests. Now I am really afraid.

i think medical has to sent to New Delhi but I am not sure so it means that medical are still between matching with file number.u should ask the doctor to send it to New Delhi and give him courier fees for that

In simple words GCMS notes can be ordered/requested to find out at which stage of processing your file is at right now?

Still have not heard anything from Vienna yet. I'm affaird of the address for back home, the letter might not go to the right place. Does Vienna notify with an email or any kind of communication when they send a letter. Vienna has recived the documents at end of Sept and we have not heard anything since than.

My wife is sponsoring both parents and 2 brothers.

If anyone went through this process with Vienna, how long did it take until they recived a letter asking for medical info from Vieanna?

Any info would be Appreciated.

Valoni: It may take at least a month before you hear from local visa office. You posted in your earlier post that Vienna office has already acknowledged receipt of your file sometime in October. Vienna office does not seem to be very fast so your wait for medical request could be longer. Another member on this forum received Medical Request within 2-3 months after the file was transferred to Vienna. Can you please share your application timeline?

We applied approximetly March 2009. Approximely around february 2012 they have sent a request to complete the remaining documents that my family had to fill up back home and also paid for the permenant residence. Around August we got the confrimation letter that the Decision has been made. Begining of spetember another letter saying that all the paper work has been transfered to the Veinna office. Sept 28/2012 Vienna sent an email confirming that they recivied the applications. I have not heard anything since Spet 28/2012.

We are from Kosovo so we are sponsoring ppl from there.

Does any one remember how was the online status look like before their sponsorship gets approved? Does it show both "Sponsorship Application Status" and "Permanent Residence Application Status" or just the "Sponsorship Application Status"?

The reason I am asking is, it says decision made, and letter was sent out on Dec 24, 2012, but I still didn't receive the letter yet. Little impatient here. want to find little evidence to figure out what the result maybe.
