hello every one
i got medical request from ND LVO TODAY by e mail
file transfer to lvo on 4th april
but i have couple of problems
one they ask all forms IMM008 , SCHD A AND faimly background too well they already have all these forms why they (LVO) ASKING AGAIN
2nd i need link for PCC FORM if anybody can send me please as web site is not working properly
and is there any doctor in AMRITSAR for medical if any body can help me on this pls, what is form number for medical form pls

Yes they have asked for all those documents again..we have to fill them no choice.
Question-- Medical request email you received today or on Nov 26'2012? because many people received on Nov 26'12. so just curious to know cuz i m still waiting.

Hello everyone,
I was wondering what is going on with my file as it was transferred in June 2012 with dependent and it was applied in May2008---nothing update received from ND yet.
On the other hand, one of my friend who had applied in Sept 2009 with dependent over 22 at the time of sponsorship application received medical and PP request as his additional document request from Mississauga was after March 30 and case transferred in Sept 2012.
I don't know what to do!!!!! Should I contact MP or do something else to find why ND didn't touch my case yet.

Hi Browneagle hopefully rest of us receive it too,let us know here whenever you get medical request.
Write a letter & fax them or an email...tell ND office about your situation.

i sent photo copies of my birth certificate which did not have my name on it, also my education certificate to prove my relationship and they accept it . i got e mail to submit passport at N delhi. my case was processed at Ottawa

AtulW: Can you please let me know when did you send the PCC's in November and what was the deadline to submit them on the letter? I received the new PCC request on Oct 26 to submit by Dec10. I send PCC on Nov 15, but i think they wont touch the file until Dec10. Please share any information you can as your timelines are close to mine. Thank you!

I have 2 seperate files in processing one for my parents and one for my inlaws.
My parents were required to submit PCC by 5th Nov and but they submitted it early on 17th Oct. Their Visa got stamped on 21st Nov.
My inlaws were required to submit by 10th Dec, they submitted on 19th Nov and we are still waiting for visa. Thier medical expires on 22nd Dec so I am hoping we can get Visa soon.
I think you are right, they will not touch the file till after the date that they mentioned on the letter. Having said that, they are trying to clear all the 25000 visas before year end (and frankly they would not want work after 15th Dec due to Christams season) so you never know.

So basically

Dependent Sibling = YES But NOT Accompanying and mentioned in IMM008 will have to go through meds
Non-Dependent Sibling = shouldn't be in IMM0008 and in that case, doesn't need to go through meds anyways

*Don't have any sibling, most of this was air view, when I saw that ALL FAMILY MEMBERS part the 1st time, I was like why everyone but now its clear, so Ranja's sis doesnt have to go through meds at all **

thanks guys, i thought that too but wasnt sure. now that we have a consensus, I wont be getting the meds for my non dependant sibling.
