Speaking about boats : )

Anyone in this situation?
Did the medicals at the beginning of May; and, “medicals received” appeared sometimes mid-June.
Also, submitted the police certificate mid-June (the Ottawa pilot project).
Since then, NO news .....
Oh, we have applied in July 2008.
I begin to worry ........ is it normal? When should I see the "in process" line in my e-file?

Any people here who submitted documents to CPC-M in the month of July?

Still waiting for aor/approval since re-submission in july, but originally submitted in May which were stamped but returned for signature issue.

Wondering how long it would take this time to get an aor or approval.

Anyone else in the same boat?

Hi canvis2006 if you check in this spreadsheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0ArUeo9rxUq8EdHZoRmx2Z1F5ak9zcnBaYzdWTkNqVEE many ppl who sent their documents in May have not received approval letter so far. I cant tell you how long it will take for i m in same situation

Ottawa seems slowed down a lot. But nothing to worry, it will pick up the pace again. Lots of people who got medicals done around April/May are in the same situation.

After reading the above case, I could not sleep whole night and kept having nightmares. THANKFULLY!! this morning my parents e-case shows 'medical received'. :) after more than 3 months.

I did not mean to scare you that much. I learned from a CIC agent that "Medical Results Received" means exactly what it says. It doesn't mean your medical results are apporved nor rejected. What most people don't realize is that 1 out of 10 applicants has such online application status. And after 2 weeks or so he/she receives another medical request and so on until a rejection letter arrives. Most people who got rejected doesn't want to brag/share about it because they are too shattered to do so.

E-cas statuses are basic updates of your application. They have these "notes" that will show you more detailed explanation of your online status.

Again, I do not mean to scare anyone. My intention is to share information, take it or leave it. But, you can always check with the most reliable source of CORRECT INFORMATION--CIC.

I know you meant to share information. I had ordered GCMS notes a week ago and hopefully should see the update on it whether medical passed. I will keep my finger crossed untill then. I noticed in case of other members their status showed 'medical received' once the medical was passed. Thanks for sharing the information.

Oh cools!

And to all of us here, this is another brand new week of waiting and wishing for HAPPY NEWS.

Peter Rabbit, I am in the same boat a you are. My status has changed to "medical...received" on May 11. Nothing since...
