I also got feedback page at the end of the survey.
don't try to select anything extreme, like parents 100% or parents most important, that response may trigger not having option to select parent's application screen.

OH OKAY, I was just a lil disappointed with the survey and that's it guys...i am still with you and calling all other applicants including those who have been just browsin' here (HAHA got yah) to get involve/participate in anything that will improve immigration system, especially system foR FAMILY REUNIFICATION. At least spend a lil time completing the survey...SERIOUSLY, you can make a difference...don't just read, complain, wait, and resent...whew!

As far as I can see, the survey is one per person not family. So if you have 4 members in family each can complete the survey, but here is a catch, since they do not collect any personal information the only way they would track is using IP address, that means any additional survey you or any other family member complete will not be counted.

Solution is to use free service of http://proxy.org/
copy & paste URL & start survey, each time you do it, it will use different IP address.

Mine were at different location, folks who are yet to sponsor so perfect scenarios. Bu tin reality, not sure if this simply a way to keep the public at bay, showing that CIC does care about their opinion and at the end of the day, who monitors this and if there is any accountability

Hoooo welllll the main thing is that I participated and did something different (yet responsible) such as spending time with that wacky survey...I believe having a lil as a mustard seed faith is way better than having none at all...and it might not take us to EXACTLY where we wanted to be atleast move a lil closer to what they call "on earth as it is in heaven"

ordered: March 28 received: May 2 (physical file with medicals from London)
ordered: May 29 received: June 28 (electronic)
ordered: July 23 received: not yet (electronic)
