in form imm 5476 respresentative form there is section B AND D as in B is information and sign of the representative an date and section D is sign and date of the applicant my question is which date should be first representive or applicant which date should be dated earlier section B OR SECTION D

I was unable to check status online for the last month. Finally, was able to log in this morning and found the following

What's next ? How long will it take to get the letter for Medical?

Congratulations isometric ! Did you get the letter from CPC-M in April-May saying that the application is complete and it's in the queue now ??
Please keep us updated when you will get the letter with the decision !

guys i am not lucky enough,,,,i sent fax to update information that i have daughter after i applied my parents and in 3 weeks i got letter saying that i have to provve my income from
jun/2011-june/2012,,with my pay stubetc...option c printout and more,,,,,,,they gave me 2 months time to sent all documents,,,,

Why you are not lucky ? Just send them all paycheck stubs etc. and that's it ! BTW, did you send them only the fax or the copy of certificate of birth as well ? Good Luck !

I have some good news to share...

My parents got medical request today. The letter was dated May 30, 2012 and was sent from the LVO. I was really surprised to hear so quickly from the LVO for medicals after my application was sent to them on May 10, 2012.

Good luck to the rest of you who have apps sent to LVO...
