Hello All
just wanted to share this with everyone and any one with the same situation:
I have got an email from Singapore office this morning asking to do my Brother's medical, who is already immigrated in Canada as an Independent Category from Australia.
when I applied for my parents immigration in 2009, my brother was married and was studying in Australia. CIC made a mistake thinking he is a financially dependent children( but he was married already !)
there wasn't any other email for my mom to do medicals, she is currently living here in Canada with a visitor visa. Thanks

Was he included in the application as a dependent at that time?

no he was married 3 years before I have applied in 2009 and was over 22 years at that time. Thx

Write an email to Singapore Office via Case Specific Link, explaining that your brother is already a PR in Canada. He is not a dependent. Ask if he is still required to go for Medical Examination. Did your Mom do Medical Examination when she applied for Visa?

Yes, I wrote a case specific email and explained the situation. My mom had undergone a medical examination last year when I have extended her stay in Canada for a year. Thank you for your reply, Rajaji

If dependent did not pass his gruadtion can he do 2 garudation after 1 ?
Will cic have objection in this
If ur degree not clear can i do bsc it .. Mean while
Plzz plzzz give me some suggestion !!!

Hi there I just want to know that I sponsored my parents with a dependent in 2007 and they recently send there medicals second time. So how much more time we have to wait for visa. If someone have any idea pls let me know. We are so confused bout the delay in process.

Really pissed of this tym .....but ine thing did noy clear bcoz after 1 step no one process is delay or comelpeye in 66 months it will mostly takes 3 yrs last if any problem in your case then it takes more !!

You must be Full Time Student in an accredited institution. Try to keep the line of study same as I have seen some posts on this forum by applicants who changed line of study, because like you they failed, their application was denied. Though this is not necessary that it will happen in every case. You must be able to demonstrate (with documents etc.) that you are a Full time student on an on going basis and financial dependent on your parents since before the age of 22 ( I assume you are above the age of 22 and not married).

Yes i was 18 when i case applied sept 2010 now 22 doing betech iof electronics ece it wil over in may2016 .....but still waiting for approval .... Aor 9 dec2014 .....but i think if i will do 2 grqudation bsc it ...it will be link bcoz of field ...but my anaswers is will sdtuebt do 2 graduation bcoz they did not failed uh after uh complete degree .sdtudebt can countinue any other course with opd
