hello every body i have question.i got e mail from newdelhi .our medical going to expire july30 2014. newdeli want us to do remedical They send us REASSESSMENT FORM only for chest xray.they want to do with in 7 days but there are Eid holiday in pakistan tel next monday.and want to do in 7 days, in 7 days even i cant get appotment. so where should Email canadian high comm pakistan and india too?plzz reply

Number 9 says proof of dependent childern relationship to principle applicant: In that its asking for proof of continuous fulltime studis of all dependent aged 22 or over?
when I applied for my brother was under 18 but now he just turned 22 should I include the school records or not?

For national Id: What Id you have to submit if you are from India?

My parents case has been transferred to CPP Ottawa on February 02 , 2014

For the next step Medical & PCC Request, did CPP Ottawa contact you (sponsor) or your parents. How did they contact, through email or paper mail.

I think GCMS Notes give you a way better picture than what that MP has told you. Requirements completed, and on next update officer will contact applicant. I think that is quite simple and straight forward and we all know that by now.

I would really appreciate if someone could help me with below:

Scenario:

- Application sent and received in 2011 February to sponsor Parents.

- Option C and Principal applicant's information is required i.e. docs (Marriage certificate, proof of relationship etc and right of permanent resident fee request) request received in Mid of July 2014.


Questions:

- Sponsor got married in April 2014. Does she have to inform anywhere in reply to the doc's request. (Mind you, other than option C it is all about Principal applicant)? if yes, will the sponsor's LICO bracket will be bumped up by additional member?

- Based on the answer to above, What is the exact LICO (Low income cut off + 30%) amount should be for the year from the time of application filed until now?

- Any additional comments will be highly appreciated

They usually send email to sponser regarding medical request nd updated pcc. All formalities r supposed to be done n india only if applicants r residing in india .

U can submit xerox of all academic records right through da beginning to rule out any possibility f error. Fr national id , voter card or aadhar card is enough.as per rules if he ws under 22 u can send only records till higher secondary bcz he s type A dependent. Rest s on u

I don't know if our medicals are expired or not.
Is our case progressing or not.
And what are the chances.
Will we receive direct visa or remedicals.
And any idea how much time will it take.

"DECISION HAS BEEN MADE" what does this mean?

I tried to update our application under Family Class Parent Sponsorship, online. Didn't know this was easier than emailing the embassy and always recieving automated messages. As long as you have the Reference Number and Birthday of the principal sponsor. Anyways, here is the update:

It says that:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on May 2 2008
2. We started processing your application on June 13 2014
3. Medical results have been recieved.
4. A decision has been made to your application. The office will contact your concerning this decision.

Well, i don't know what to react will this be approved or disapproved? But hoping for positive outcome. Anyone familiar with this matter? Thank you.
