Thanks Shuga & Raj. Our DMP has no issues sending medical results to Ottawa. I will ask them to send it to Ottawa
Now it seems CIC specifically asking applicants to leave it up to DMP (doctor will send your X-ray and results to the usual medical review office responsible for their territory), may be they see a lot of load in Ottawa medical office.

I was in the same dilemma and then trusted my gut feeling of getting the results sent directly to Ottawa. Let us see how this decision turns out.
Doctor has provided us the tracking number which still shows that our documents are in transit. Hopefully medicals will reach Ottawa this week.
