Just got a call from cic to submit a remaining pcc of my father, which we already had gave but thanks to our representatives cic hasnt recd the pcc. Went to the post office but time to speed post was over , so gona go tommorrow to speed post the pcc. And hopefully something good will come our way soon.

There is an application cap of 500 applications per year. The cap for this year has already been reached and CIC isn't accepting further applications at this time. The cap will reopen in January 2015 and CIC will start accepting new applications again at this time.

Yes - once parents have PR status, they will be allowed to work in Canada.

. Heu, appld in feb 2008 , first docs in nov11 and 2nd docs in jan 2013. First medcl dec 2012 2nd medcl april 2014. And they are asking for Israels pcc

Most people get their remeds very quickly, you need to bombard New Delhi with emails about remeds, it can't be that delayed. Have you ordered GCMS notes?

I have done it after they sent for FBI PCC, with file # and had no issue

Adv for Helping Canadian and those who haven't received remeds, try and go to doc and ask for same meds they did 1st time and they can send with file #, not sure why its delayed but it will be asked eventually - ND cares about seeing it on file, so If I were you I would do it ( also, if you remember my case, we did medical upfront and then got letter later which we told doctor to attach to our upfront, - this was in Canada )

Thanks a lot user for ur concern .. we will surely try to work out with that if it is possible ,, but wantted to ask some thine ur case was cleared within 70 months right and ours is 78 month completed ,, so late by late another 4 to 5 months or whhat i think they will surely clear it as far as i think .. what is ur opinionn is it right or wrong .. bcs the people who had interview like gill kaur are being cleared in 76 months ........ so i think and on A.O.R they have written that the people who had interivew proceesing time is 44 months right ... so i think they will clear it fast ....
